The Resolving Books Series

We currently have four books, the newly released Resolving Bereavement, Resolving Bullying, Resolving Anger and Resolving Sibling Rivalry. The books are simple straightforward, but very clever tools. They work to help children realise how the characters in the books reflect their own situation. They explain why they are in the situation and help then in working out ways of resolving the problems, normally with the guidance of their parents, teachers, guardians, counselors and friends. The books also have a very useful toolbox section to help the child/children understand, practice and express their problem and themselves.

The authors aim to help you to do these things in as constructive a way as possible for the good of your family relationships. It is how we handle the difficult times that defines us as people. The book "Living with Separation & Divorce" will help you find your way through.

Although the book is now widely available in all good book stores it has not been officially launched. Launch date will be early 2012. The FMS (Family Mediation Services) and the Legal Aid Board have purchased copies of the book for all their offices and advisors in Ireland.

We are currently working on a version of the "Living with Separation & Divorce" book for the US market in partnership with Michael Lang, internationally published author and lecturer, family mediator, professor of Conflict Resolution and editor-in-chief of Mediation Quarterly, Sarasota, Florida.
